Ms. Balcer joined MTS in 2022 after graduating cum laude from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Business Analytics and a minor in Public Policy.

Prior to graduation, Ms. Balcer interned at MTS Health Partners, Indiana University School of Medicine, and Eli Lilly.
