Mr. Downey joined MTS Health Partners in 2022. Previously, he worked in research and development at Vericel, where he managed projects in new and existing product development.

Mr. Downey received his BSE and MSE in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan. He completed his MBA in Health Care Management and Finance from The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania).
