Ms. McNelis joined MTS Health Partners in March 2026 as an Executive Assistant supporting Founding Partner Curtis Lane. Prior to joining MTS, she held a similar role in the real estate investment sector, where she gained extensive experience in executive support and operations. Ms. McNelis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ulster University.
