Adam Salamon joined MTS Health Partners in 2026 as the Head of Sponsor Relationships. He has over 15 years of investment banking and financial services experience, with a focus on healthcare. Prior to joining MTS, Mr. Salamon was in the healthcare group at Citizens Bank, where he covered the employer-sponsored benefits and behavioral health sectors. Previously, he was part of Fidelity’s business development and strategy team and worked in the healthcare group at Wells Fargo Securities.

Mr. Salamon received a B.A. in International Studies from Colby College and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler. He resides in Hingham, MA with his wife and two children.
