Adam Salamon
Head of Sponsor RelationshipsAdam Salamon joined MTS Health Partners in 2026 as the Head of Sponsor Relationships. He has over 15 years of investment banking and financial services experience, with a focus on healthcare. Prior to joining MTS, Mr. Salamon was in the healthcare group at Citizens Bank, where he covered the employer-sponsored benefits and behavioral health sectors. Previously, he was part of Fidelity’s business development and strategy team and worked in the healthcare group at Wells Fargo Securities.
Mr. Salamon received a B.A. in International Studies from Colby College and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler. He resides in Hingham, MA with his wife and two children.
