Curtis Lane is the Founding Partner of MTS Health Partners. He is also a Founder and the Executive Chair of Elements Health Investors, and previously founded WindRose Health Investors. With more than 40 years of experience, Mr. Lane has advised hundreds of leading healthcare and life sciences clients on their most sophisticated transactions. Mr. Lane founded MTS Health Partners in 1999, after recognizing the value that a dedicated healthcare-focused financial services firm could offer the market. At the time of the firm’s creation, MTS operated two independent businesses: investment banking advisory services and private equity investing. Today, MTS is dedicated to investment banking through a differentiated model with over 85 professionals who provide aligned strategic and financial advisory services distinguished by experienced, attentive, and independent counsel in the context of long-term relationships. Prior to founding MTS, Mr. Lane led the healthcare investment banking group at Bear Stearns and worked at Smith Barney.

Mr. Lane is the Founder and Chairman of Navigator Healthcare, Inc. which helps Substance Use Disorder patients get to the most effective, evidence based treatment. He is also on the boards of Carisk Partners, which manages catastrophic workers compensation cases and Guardian MD which provides medical oversight and other services to physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Philanthropically, he has been active in numerous charitable organizations. Mr. Lane is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the American Jewish Committee. He was a Founder’s Council Member of United States of Care. UsofCare is a bipartisan, grassroots effort to determine how to provide access to healthcare for all Americans. He is the Former Chair of the Executive Advisory Board of the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics at the University of Pennsylvania, and he was a member of the Wharton Undergraduate Executive Board.

Mr. Lane graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1979 and earned his Masters of Business Administration from The Wharton School in 1980. He and his wife Stacey live in New York City and have three adult sons and five grandchildren.
