Prior to joining MTS in October 2018, Sid Arora worked in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Ernst & Young (EY), where he led valuation engagements for life sciences and healthcare companies related to their strategic, financial reporting, and tax valuation needs. Previously, Mr. Arora worked as an analyst with UBS Investment Bank in India, and briefly with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in clinical research.

Mr. Arora received his MBA with Honors from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. He has a M.S. in Molecular and Human Genetics from Banaras Hindu University, India; and a B.S. in Human Physiology from Presidency College, India.
