Mr. Shill joined MTS Health Partners in 2026 from BDO USA, where he worked in the Healthcare Management Consulting practice advising hospital systems and providers on operational performance improvement, payer reimbursement, and revenue optimization initiatives.

Mr. Shill graduated cum laude from Chapman University’s Argyros School of Business and Economics in 2023 with a B.S. in Finance.
