LANE, Senior Managing Director |

Curtis Lane founded MTS in early 2000. Prior to MTS, Mr. Lane founded and managed the healthcare investment banking group at Bear Stearns from its inception in 1986 until 1998. It was one of the most active healthcare investment banking groups on Wall Street, completing 107 financing transactions with an aggregate value of $17.4 billion and 56 M&A and advisory assignments with an aggregate value of $20.4 billion over the last five years under Mr. Lane's leadership. Mr. Lane was on the Operating Committee of the investment banking division and was on the Board of Directors of The Bear Stearns Companies Inc. broker dealer subsidiary, Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. In 1998, Mr. Lane joined Evercore Partners as a partner to focus on advisory and investment opportunities in healthcare, and was associated with Evercore until starting MTS in March of 2000, with the support of Evercore. Prior to joining Bear Stearns in 1985, Mr. Lane worked in the Corporate Finance department of Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co., Inc. as a generalist investment banker. Mr. Lane received a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and earned his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Lane currently serves as a director of Alliance Imaging, Inc., IASIS Healthcare Corporation, Novis Pharmaceuticals, LLC, Senior Home Care, Inc. and Surgical Care Affiliates, LLC. He is a trustee of the Wharton Undergraduate division of the University of Pennsylvania and of PENN Medicine. He is also a director of America's Camp Foundation.

Oliver Moses has spent the last 13 years as a healthcare industry advisor and investor. Prior to joining MTS in early 2006, Mr. Moses was a founding partner of MBF Healthcare Partners, a healthcare focused private equity fund. At MBF, Mr. Moses was responsible for identifying, analyzing, and managing investments on behalf of the fund. Previously, Mr. Moses was a Director in Merrill Lynch's healthcare investment banking group. He joined Merrill Lynch in 1994 and was responsible for advising leading healthcare companies on mergers, acquisitions, and capital structure strategies. During his investment banking career, Mr. Moses raised $6.3 billion for his clients and advised on M&A transactions with an aggregate value of more than $16 billion. Prior to investment banking, Mr. Moses was a securities analyst in Merrill Lynch's equity research department, where he provided coverage of companies in the healthcare services industry. In that role, he was ranked as one of Wall Street's "Up and Comers" by Institutional Investor's All-America Research Team Survey. Mr. Moses holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College. Mr. Moses is currently director of HealthHelp, LLC and Novis Pharmaceuticals, LLC.

Kenton Rosenberry has been a member of MTS Health Investors since 2000. Mr. Rosenberry led MTS’ acquisition of Alere Medical, Loving Care Agency and Senior Home Care and has played an integral role in every investment in Fund I. Prior to joining MTS Health Investors, Mr. Rosenberry was a member of the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Bear Stearns, where he focused exclusively on mergers and acquisitions within the healthcare industry. He is currently a director of HealthHelp, LLC, Loving Care Agency, Inc. and Senior Home Care, Inc. Mr. Rosenberry has a BS in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

| ALEXANDER BUZIK, Vice President |

Prior to joining MTS Health Partners, Mr. Buzik worked as member of the Investment Banking Division at Lehman Brothers, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions as well as capital financings within the healthcare industry. Mr. Buzik received his Masters of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (majoring in Finance and Health Care Management) and his Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from Dartmouth College.

Teri Myers joined MTS in late 2004. Previously, she was a Vice President in the Principal Investment Area of Goldman Sachs, where she had financial reporting responsibility for Goldman’s private equity funds. Before that, she was on the audit staff of PriceWaterhouse Coopers. She graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.
