WALTER E. OH, Director
Walter joined MTS Health Partners in 2011 as a Director focused on advising healthcare services clients. Walter has over fourteen years of experience in investment banking, venture capital and corporate development in the healthcare and technology sectors. Prior to joining the MTS team, Walter was a member of Deutsche Bank Securities’ Healthcare Investment Banking Group from 2004 to 2011, most recently as a Director, where he focused on advising healthcare services clients and executed over $50 billion in M&A, debt and equity transactions. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Walter was an Associate with VentureQuest, a New York City-based venture capital firm focused on early-stage investing in the healthcare and technology sectors. Previous to VentureQuest, Walter was an Associate Vice President with Matrix Pharmaceutical in its corporate development group, focused on executing M&A and strategic licensing transactions for the company. Walter earned his Masters in Healthcare Management from Yale University and an AB from Occidental College.
